Return Policy

Customer Received the Wrong Item(s):
On rare occasions the wrong item(s) can get shipped. Don't worry; we'll take care of it. However, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and all products must be returned in new and unused condition. Simply send us an email at: returns@benatualorganics.com with a brief explanation. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) along with instructions. After we have received your returned items, we will send you a replacement at our expense. Be Natural Organics has a 30-day no questions asked Refund policy for personal care and beauty products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return the unused portion and we will promptly give you a full refund.

Customer Did Not Receive All Items Ordered:
If you are missing items from your order and have not received an E-mail or note in the package explaining when the remaining items will be shipped, please contact us within 3 business days from the date you received your order. We will not be held responsible for items claimed missing after the 3 business day period. Simply send us an email to: returns@benaturalorganics.com with a brief explanation.

Customer Did Not Receive Their Order:
If you have not received your order or an E-mail in regards to your order within 7 business days from the date you placed your order please contact us so that we can help you track your order. We will not be held responsible for orders claimed lost or stolen 7 business days after an order has been shipped.
