Wrong Item Returns:
On rare occasions the wrong item(s) can get shipped. Don't worry; we'll take care of it. However, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and all products must be returned in new and unused condition. Simply send us an email at: email@example.com
with a brief explanation. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) along with instructions. After we have received your returned items, we will send you a replacement at our expense.
General Product Returns:
It is our goal to provide the finest skin care products at the most competitive prices available. Due to this commitment, we are unable to take returns. We offer trial size samples of every product to test before purchasing retail sizes.
If you are missing items from your order and have not received an E-mail or note in the package explaining when the remaining items will be shipped, please contact us within 3 business days from the date you received your order.
