How do I return an item?

Wrong Item Returns:
On rare occasions the wrong item(s) can get shipped. Don't worry; we'll take care of it. However, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and all products must be returned in new and unused condition. Simply send us an email at: with a brief explanation. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) along with instructions. After we have received your returned items, we will send you a replacement at our expense.

We are a small privately held company passionately committed to provide the freshest skin care products available. Due to this commitment, we are unable to take returns. However, we offer sample sizes of every product to test before purchasing retail sizes.

International Shipping:

Please check with your countries customs, tariffs and any other charges that may be levied to you from your country. Unfortunately we are unable to track packages once it leaves the US.

Missing Items:
If you are missing items from your order and have not received an E-mail or note in the package explaining when the remaining items will be shipped, please contact us within 3 business days from the date you received your order. We will not be held responsible for items claimed missing after the 3 business day period. Simply send us an email to: with a brief explanation.

Missing Orders:
If you have not received your order or an E-mail in regards to your order within 7 business days from the date you placed your order, please contact us so that we can help you track your order.
